Il Capretto di Vergaia is our “second vin”: an authentic,
more immediate expression of our style. It comes from
a careful selection of different vinifications, matured partly in used oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks, striking a balance that enhances the purity of the fruit. A wine that preserves the elegance and depth that define Vergaia.
